A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day begins with data analysis in Power BI to prepare for an afternoon meeting with the sales team, where you will present the identified material master duplicates. Afterward, you will have a brief discussion with the data scientists to outline the next steps for extracting attributes from technical documents.

Following this call, you will be responsible for selecting the appropriate technical data sheets for extraction. Once the selection is complete, you will review the results with the engineering team before sending the finalized data sheets to the data scientists.

To wrap up the day, you will participate in the regular team meeting to provide a brief update on your activities and discuss any emerging topics.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Conducting analyses and preparing data using Power BI to generate comprehensive insights that support informed decision-making
Developing and implementing independent solutions to improve the quality of material master data
Collaborating closely with data scientists to create innovative AI-driven solutions for enhancing material master data quality
Creating guidelines to ensure sustained high data quality and to support its continuous improvement
Assisting project management in daily tasks to ensure the smooth execution of project activities
Coordinating and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments, including Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales

What You Bring

Practical experience in data analysis, particularly with MS Excel; ideally, additional knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
Basic technical understanding and interest, especially in the areas of steam turbines, technical drawings, and standards
Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration for information gathering, solution identification, recommendation development, and topic follow-up
Independent working style, strong organizational skills, and reliable task completion
Fluency in English; German language skills considered an asset
