Full-time

3-year apprenticeship as an industrial clerk* (f/m/d) starting on 01.09.2025 at our Waldkirch site in cooperation with the Waldkirch Vocational School Centre (part-time teaching).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Familiarisation with work processes and the company structure by working in different departments
Supporting the respective departments in their daily work
Independent processing of individual work packages in departments or in projects
Participation in discussions with customers and suppliers
Participation in negotiations in purchasing
Order processing in sales
Participation in the creation of marketing concepts
Preparation of training courses in human resources
Processing payment transactions in accounting
Processing internal orders in the logistics department
Assisting with the planning and realisation of events
The use of MS Office, SAP and new media will accompany you with us

WHAT YOU NEED:

Secondary school leaving certificate, university entrance qualification, A-levels or comparable training
A keen interest in office and administrative work
Quick comprehension skills
Confident manner and enjoy customer contact, communication and counselling
Ability to work in a team
Organisational talent
Confident handling of MS Office programmes
Good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of German (language level B2 recommended)
Understanding and interest in the technology and products in our company
