What does the role involve?

Join us as a Quality and Process Manager (m/f/d) and help us shaping excellence.. Drive product quality, collaborate in R&D projects, and lead strategic initiatives. Resolve challenges, pioneer improvements, and make a mark with us.

Your Role:

Ensure top-notch quality for our products e.g. cable transits, nuclear silicones and cable coating) and ensure quality-related documentation in accordance with internal and external guideline and regulations

Contribute actively to R&D, expanding global product offerings

Go-to-Expert for supplier development

Lead strategic projects with global stakeholders

Lead and sustain resolution of CAT1/CAT2 customer product complaints

Implement risk management and proactive systems

Own and moderate quality programs

What you need is:

Master’s degree in a relevant field e.g. Quality Management, Engineering (chemical)

Strong knowledge of product, application and approval requirements

At least 7 years of experience in quality and process management, Qualification as Senior Supplier Auditor is a win

Strong analytical skills and foreign language skills, at least very good English skills

Pro-active communication skills and ability to work in matrix organizations

Ready to touch the “unknown” area

Strong ability to manage stakeholders internally (with our partners, functions, project managers) and externally

Willingness to travel globally (max. 20%)
