Your tasks

• Reliable and professional support of the management in all tasks of the operative daily business

• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers

• Helping to shape marketing and sales campaigns

• Communication with internal and external partners in a position of absolute trust

• Office organization and general administration

• Organization of meetings and travel

• Handling correspondence in German and English

• Part time or full time

your qualifications

• Higher commercial education with some years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, any other foreign language would be an advantage

• Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, flexibility, multicultural competence and commitment as well as absolute reliability and discretion

• Technical understanding as well as an independent way of working

• Very good knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Teams programs

• Flexibility, communication skills and a cooperative working style

• Quick perception and enthusiasm for sales and technology
