- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience leading sales operations for enterprise-level accounts.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in building relationships with external C-level members.
- 3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry (retail media industry).
- Experience with Google products.
- Thought leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking.
- Keen sense for project management and global strategy development.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
- Own end-to-end strategic relationships with key retail media clients, driving retail media business growth within Google’s existing solutions.
- Partner with industry managers to identify, pitch, and implement impactful retail media advertising opportunities across the retail sector.
- Develop expertise and share learnings on how to position Google’s product suite as retail media solutions and stay ahead of market trends.
- Further develop Google’s retail media narrative and playbook to address the specific challenges and needs of the German market.
- Drive retail media feature requests in partnership with Go-To-Market and ensure German retailer benefit from the newest product launches on the roadmap (e.g. SA360 beta).
