Aufgaben

• You support the management in day-to-day operations.
• You handle inquiries and follow-up questions.
• You are responsible for managing the appointment calendar and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• You also handle the coordination of the email inbox.
• You make travel preparations.
• Taking dictations and minutes, as well as managing various business matters, are also part of your tasks.

Qualifikation

• Discretion and trustworthiness: You will often deal with confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written (B2 level).
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (C2, C1 level).

• Tact and diplomacy.

• Availability on weekends and in the evenings is a plus.
