What you’ll do & Who you are
We are looking for a new Senior Strategic Project Manager (d/f/m) to join the team. In close collaboration with Kleinanzeigen’s Business Leads, you will work on high-impact and transversal projects. You will report directly to the Head of PMO of Kleinanzeigen. This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin.
What you will do:

Handle the complexity of transversal and interdepartmental projects

Be a Business Partner to (senior) team members and business leaders:

Provide hands-on support on any aspect of the business
-
Collaborate with our peers within Adevinta and Kleinanzeigen
-
support (quarterly) goal setting (OKRs)
-
Prepare straw men, documents and presentations to allow us and the teams to focus on content
-
Work with reps from overarching functions (Mkt, Legal, Finance, Analytics) and be a proxy for department lead

Support our business leads by taking over project management tasks like defining meeting rhythm, setting meeting agendas as well as creating and sharing meeting notes

Allow us and the team(s) to be as fast as possible (removes barriers, process challenges, etc.) and use experience and skill from the entire team

Participate in project teams by keeping track of important deliverables and related activities: monitor due dates and progress, identify risks and dependencies

Build and own business cases and support budget planning exercises
Who you are:

You acquired an academic degree in Economics, Business Management, or equivalent
-
You have gained 5 years of work experience in a similar role (PMO/ Strategic Project Management), ideally in an online marketplace/classifieds environment

You are fluent in English

You enjoy building new relationships and managing your partners

You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and organized with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
