The senior solution adoption manager is responsible for the implementation, management and continuously improvement of digital employee experience (DEX), employee digital dexterity and application adoption and proficiency. The senior solution adoption manager steers and manages the implementation of in-application guidance to improve employee adoption, managed solutions and optimal use of applications. This role will collaborate with the business and IT colleagues to drive adoption of existing applications and work with stakeholders to plan for new technology deployments to develop and execute successful adoption strategies. As line manager of all solution adoption managers infrastructure the senior solution adoption manager coordinates changes in the various infrastructure disciplines to avoid any issues due to changes. The senior solution adoption manager also coordinates infrastructure changes with the senior solution adoption managers applications.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital adoption strategy
• Identify and manage implementation of digital adoption solution projects
• Communicate with all impacted stakeholders internal and external to guarantee an adequate smooth adoption experience
• Lead the team of Solution Adoption Managers (Infrastructure) and collaborate with them to ensure excellent solution adoption
• Coordinate infrastructure changes within the infrastructure team and with the application team

Show your expertise

• Master’s degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in Infrastructure Operations, as well as complex IT operational environments and heterogeneous IT landscapes.
• 5+ years of experience in solution adoption and its implementation
• Proven experience in supplier management and external service provider coordination.
• Experience in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Project Management (e.g. PMI PMP or PRINCE2)
• Experience with configuration management and ITIL
• Experience driving and reporting on digital workplace technology adoption
• Experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with various modes of learning (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, etc.)
• Experience with OCM/HCM frameworks
• Strong communication and team leadership skills, along with excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
• In-depth understanding of operational aspects of IT Infrastructure operations
• Familiarity with IT architectures, such as Microsoft, Autodesk, SAP and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Fluent in German and English language
• Certifications required: ITIL, Strong vendor management skills
• Organizational and time management skills
