Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the business to implement a solution (primary SaaS Solutions) into our environment. It will consult, manage, document and coordinates implementation of solutions required by the business.

Joining an existing Team, you will:

• Provides support and consultancy to define functional and non-functional requirements with the business
• Structures business requests based on defined process
• Supports creation of decision making KPIs for the requesting business
• Evaluates the market on appropriate solutions
• Coordinates the evaluation and implementation process
• Acts as focal point internal users during a solution implementation
• Supports the requesting business in the communication with internal teams (DPO, Security, Engineering)
• Acts as a 1st escalation step during a Solution Implementation

Nice to have experience but not essential for the role:

• Supports definition of KPIs
• Consults purchasing department in RFx Process
• Drives marketing approach for the team
• Review current processes on regular basis, frequency
• Takes part of the ITSM Services if applicable for the Solution Implementation

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a similar, designated function role
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Services SaaS Management of Applications
• Understanding of Business Services and Requirements
• General Knowledge about IT Solutions
• Ability to research a market based on a solution request
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical abilities Good organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent Documentation skills
• Fluent business English
