Konzeptionierung von Logistikprozessen für Neuprojekte
Eigenverantwortliches Projektcontrolling sowie Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen
Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette für Serien- und Neuprojekte zur Eliminierung von Verschwendungen
Leitung und Mitwirkung bei Optimierungs- und Rationalisierungsprojekten für die gesamte Lieferkette (u. a. betreffend Standardisierungen, Material- Informationsfluss, Verpackungskonzepte inkl. Notverpackung, ERP- System, Leergutssteuerungssysteme, Frachtennetzwerk zur Transportoptimierung)
Entwicklung von Logistikrichtlinien und Prozessbeschreibungen

ENGLISH
Design of logistic processes for new projects
Independent project controlling and delivery of workshops and training
Continuous process optimizations throughout the value chain for serial production and new projects with the aim of eliminating waste
Management and participation in optimization and rationalization projects for the entire supply chain (including standardization, material information flow, packaging concepts including emergency packaging, ERP system, empty cargo management systems, freight network for transport optimization)
Development of logistic guidelines and process descriptions

Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH
Abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium in einer Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Materialwirtschaft bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistikplanung im Automotivumfeld
Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse innerhalb der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

ENGLISH
Successfully completed degree in Economics or Engineering with a focus on Logistics or Materials Management (or similar)
At least 6 years’ professional experience in logistics planning in an automotive environment
Business knowledge in planning, control and monitoring
Very good spoken and written German language competence, good English knowledge an advantage
