About the team

Customer Engagement & Experience (CE&X) is a dynamic new entity within SAP’s Customer Success Board Area. With SAP’s growing subscription revenue and increasing number of customers on cloud-based contracts, we need to ensure customers successfully take their solutions into use quickly, adopt it deeply, achieve their desired outcomes, and ultimately expand their footprint with SAP and renew their subscription contracts. SAP plans to increase market coverage and customer reach significantly and is committed to do this by working hand in hand with a rich partner ecosystem. The CE&X Chief Operating Office (COO) has a mandate to enable and fuel the ongoing transformation, while providing a consistent and scalable framework and service level across all LoBs, as well as a strong interlock across Regional and Global CE&X units and the whole Customer Success Organization.

The CE&X Transformation & Strategic Programs team leads and oversees key change and transformation initiatives. It runs governance mechanisms to ensure strategic transformation initiatives and programs are aligned and harmonized and provides advice and guidance to the CE&X senior leadership team, line of business leaders, and owners of initiatives.

The role

We are looking for working students to support on project management in the key areas of transformation programs. As part of our Transformation and Strategic Programs team, you will have the opportunity to work in an international team and working cross-functionally. You will have the chance to get insights of how one of the most valuable DAX companies in Germany drives transformation in the fast-paced software industry and learn to execute on SAP’s strategy.

Your core tasks include:

• Provide program & project management support in cross-unit projects and special tasks in cooperation with other Board Areas on operational level
• Enable information sharing between different workstreams and maintain different communication channels (MS Teams, wiki, SAP Jam, etc.)
• Support PMO with general project structures like preparing workshops, providing status reports, creating templates, monitoring fulfillment of tasks, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Create/prepare/edit powerful PowerPoint presentations as decision-making documents for senior management
• Work effectively on multiple tasks at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines
• Other duties/projects and administrative support as assigned

Role requirements

• You are a student (f/m/d) who is about to conclude studies towards a business degree with majors in strategic management, business analytics or related
• You are well-versed in MS Office and further can rapidly and independently learn new tools
• You have fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
• Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and motivated to work in an international and intercultural team.
• Experience working on projects/ as part of a project team a plus
