Your tasks:

Consolidate and continuously develop our CRM Analytics and business intelligence across the whole sales funnel
Analysis of cause-effect relationships and development of data-based recommendations for prospect and customer campaigns as part of our account-based marketing strategy
Analysis of the customer journey (digital & offline) and deduction of optimization approaches
Planning, execution and evaluation of A/B tests as well as support of our product owners in deducting operational measures
KeyUser for our tools for analysis and tracking (Salesforce)

Your capabilitites:

You are a data-driven person with the ability to transform numbers into business insights. You are enthusiastic about sales funnels and user behavior analytics.
University degree with a focus on data analytics, digital marketing or a comparable qualification and several years of relevant professional experience
(Very) good knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce Analytics)
Experience in setting up and designing customer journey tracking in the sales funnel - is prefferable
Know-how in A/B testing and conversion optimization
Ability to communicate and work in a team as well as structured, independent work and hands-on mentality
Very good German and English skills
