WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a key expert in our research and development division, you will spearhead cross-project requirements management. Your mission involves defining advanced methodology standards and establishing robust document structure plans. You will manage the integration of customer requirements and guarantee exceptional specification quality through meticulous decomposition and allocation, specifically focusing on system architecture and validation. By leading strategic working groups, you will drive the evolution of our requirements management processes. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance to project managers and system engineers throughout the entire development cycle, from initial system design to component completion.
This versatile role offers the flexibility to be based in Kassel, Kiel, or Unterlüß.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- A successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Several years of professional experience in requirements specification or management.
- Proven expertise with management tools such as IBM DOORS, Codebeamer, Polarion, or Jama.
- Excellent command of German and a strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support project objectives.
