Due to this growth we are expanding the Finance team and we are looking for a leader to manage and develop our accounting teams, covering activities such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Taxes, Intercompany, Master data management and Treasury. In this newly created role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and standardize our accounting processes while stepping in as a pivotal leader when our Executive Director is away.

About you
The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic and seasoned finance professional with a track record of leadership excellence. You possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, coupled with a keen eye for process optimization and efficiency. You are not only a strategic thinker but also a hands-on leader who inspires and empowers your team to deliver outstanding results.

• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting & Control, Economics or Finance
• Expertise in technical IFRS accounting principles, complemented by a professional accountancy qualification
• A proven leader who motivates and empowers their team while maintaining a hands-on approach (leading by example)
• Keen attention to detail and ensuring financial accuracy and data integrity
• Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for driving efficiency and accuracy
