Your Tasks

• Contribute to the global / group-wide compliance management system by further developing, implementing, and managing initiatives across multiple geographies
• Perform compliance risk assessments, trend analyses and provide and implement best practice recommendations
• Drive efforts to mitigate compliance risks through development, review and implementation of compliance policies and procedures as well as performance of compliance controls
• Develop, implement, and coordinate awareness, education, and training programs regarding compliance related topics
• Ensure ethics and compliance records, documents and databases are organized, completed, and maintained
• Work cross-functionally with employees at all levels and different regions to ensure efficient integration of the compliance program into business processes
• Monitor, evaluate and implement relevant new legal and regulatory developments and organizational changes in the regions by conducting compliance reviews
• Implementing and further developing All4Labels data protection organization

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of law or commercial law, business administration or a comparable field of study
• You also have professional experience in a compliance department and have been exposed to internal control systems and risk management
• You describe yourself as conscientious, structured and resilient and bring a "hands-on" mentality with you
• You are an analytical and solution-oriented individual with a strong interest in regulatory affairs and a thorough yet pragmatic approach
• Within the team, you act as an open and team-oriented contact person and are characterized by a high degree of interpersonal as well as strong communication skills
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office solutions is a matter of course to you
