YOUR TEAM

Infotainment System Integration ICC/ICAS-3 department is responsible for project planning and project execution of infotainment head-unit development for VOLKSWAGEN’s Brand Group Core. This includes alignment of variants, technical scope and milestones with the Delivery Unit (internally) and respective brands as customers (externally). The development of aligned content with respective Tier1 partners as well as managing the SW-Integration process with internal and external contributors is a main objective of your team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Leading a department of motivated program and project managers of infotainment head units
• Developing a healthy and positive work environment for the department
• Aligning content for each delivery milestone and setting priorities according to brand customer’s needs
• Continuously improving development processes and project management standards
• Contracting and managing development partners and tier1 suppliers
• Ensuring regular and transparent project status reporting to higher management levels and brand customers

WHO YOU ARE

• Visionary, resilient, positive, with a change-agent attitude
• Deep technical knowledge and understanding of automotive development along the V-Modell
• Knowledge of hardware- and software architecture and software development processes
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the field of infotainment
• Proven track record in shipping high volume products
