Your Role
The Postgraduate Regional Admission Manager is responsible for maximizing direct postgraduate recruitment in GAN, as well as supporting and coordinating best practices for direct postgraduate recruitment & contributing to global initiatives. The PRAM will manage direct recruitment for the region, in order to deliver annual enrolment targets. This includes both lead generation and conversion activities. For lead generation it includes outreach to other education institutions, social selling and organization and attendance at recruitment events. For conversion it includes remote and face to face counselling and engagement, and the management & support of student applications.
Key Responsibilities - Responsible for delivering the annual new student enrolment target,
- Plan and execute in-person field and remote activities aimed at lead generation and conversion such as discovery days, university visits, 1:1 student meetings, field events, workshops, B2B collaborations, webinars and seminars and other key recruitment activities,
- Follow up leads and counsel students and/or sponsors/parents, to enroll in Sommet Education network programs,
- Oversee students from the region through the entire admissions process,
- Report back to the business on progress against objectives based on agreed key performance metrics, providing market insight and competitor analysis where required.
- Identify, develop, and implement new relationships with partner universities, associations, B2B collaborations,...
- Leverage industry relations and build key enrolment focused projects, where applicable.
- Focus on extending and enhancing social selling activities globally to drive demand, identify and engage with prospects for each program.
- Keep the CRM up to date with accurate records on engagements with students, sponsors and any relevant channel partners.
- Travelling frequently throughout the region, depending on the season and activity, to deliver the objectives and responsibilities set out above.
- Work closely with the marketing team to advise on building brand awareness for Glion and Les Roches postgraduate programs in the region.
- Oversee the strategy and annual recruitment plan for the ‘special progression’ of current students at Spain campus, the pathways from group campuses into postgraduate programs at Glion and Les Roches and alumni, working closely with the alumni engagement team
- Responsible, in coordination of the Regional Admission Director, for delivering the annual new student enrolment target for the region.
- Plan and execute in-person field and remote activities aimed at lead generation and conversion such as discovery days, university visits, 1:1 student meetings, field events, workshops, B2B collaborations, webinars and seminars and other key recruitment activities.
- Follow up leads and counsel students and/or sponsors/parents, to enroll in Sommet Education network programs via phone, email, social media and personal meetings.
- Oversee students from the region through the entire admissions process, working closely with the central marketing and enrolment teams as well as campus-based teams ensuring timely and accurate answers to questions, including those relating to fees and payments, and ensure that all potential students meet the admissions criteria of their selected program.
- Report back to the business on progress against objectives based on agreed key performance metrics, providing market insight and competitor analysis where required.
- Identify, develop, and implement new relationships with partner universities, associations, B2B collaborations, and other strategic partners in the region.
- Leverage industry relations and build key enrolment focused projects, where applicable.
