Our „Finance Systems and M&A Projects” team is looking for an intern to support our recent M&A transactions / post-merger integration (PMI) projects. Based on these projects you have the opportunity to work actively and together with experience colleagues as well as to gain deep insights into the daily project steering of M&A and PMI projects. In addition, you will elaborate on and gain deep insights into internal financial processes at CARIAD, e.g. through direct contact with managers and employees of different business units. You will be part of an agile, virtual and open-minded team.
- Support day-to-day operational activities within the area of finance and organizational management.
- Facilitate relevant projects in the fields of transactions / integrations as well as performance management.
- Partner up with colleauges in organizing cross-team meetings, committees and workshops with relevant project partners.
- Collaborate closely with different stakeholders and internal / external partners.
- Contribute to the CARIAD mission towards unified car software and related architectures by serving the business from a finance perspective
- Enrolled student (at least in the 4th semester of their studies) in business administration, economics or equivalent field.
- Structured way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- First-hand experience in the automotive/ software environment or in professional services (e.g. consulting, auditing) would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English. German would be a plus.
