The Role

The battery cell is the heart of our vehicles and their production here in Europe is a completely new area. With our own battery and battery cell factory in Grünheide, we create the most powerful battery systems, as well as innovative drive units and power electronics.

The production of battery cells requires the highest precision in the material, in the machine, the system and in the design to guarantee battery cells of the highest quality and quantity. Together with you we want to excel, create innovation, and accelerate the transition to sustainable energy. Be there and shape the future of cell technology with us!

What You’ll Do

You operate and maintain the production machines
You supply the production facilities with all the necessary consumables
You carry out quality and production control independently
You support in identifying the problems and their resolution
You will be involved in set-up processes
You stand in for the production staff during their breaks

What You’ll Bring

You are trained as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or have several years of experience in operating high-speed production machines or production lines. Cell Manufacturing experience is highly welcomed but not mandatory.
Good fine motor skills and technical understanding
Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment with new technologies
Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
Quality-oriented way of working
Good knowledge of spoken and written English, additional German is desirable but not mandatory
Good communication skills and awareness of details
