Your area of work:

Onboarding & Business Excellence is the competence centre of efficient client onboarding & lifecycle management leveraging state-of-the-art processes and tools delivered through digitization and automation initiatives while applying quality assurance at all times.

The team provides first class client services across all trading and clearing markets directly to the client or as subject matter experts to internal interfaces. The key target of Onboarding & Business Excellence is to review and increase client experience and to continuously improve internal and external processes to deliver fast and qualified client services while remaining compliant with regulation.

As an Intern (f/m/d) in the team Quality Assurance, you will be mainly responsible for the data quality within our processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Your main area of responsibility is quality assurance of our processes
• You support our team by maintaining process descriptions, managing data and by creating and preparing presentations for different units
• You maintain KPI sheet, perform KPI analysis, and present the results to the stakeholders
• In addition, you support Quality Assurance team in daily business regarding various tasks and projects

Your profile:

• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, an enrolment is not required
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the financial markets area
• You have basic knowledge in Financial and Capital Markets
• You are client services orientated, analytical, and you have good communication, writing and presentation skills
• You are highly motivated, flexible, and ready to take on responsibility
• You have very good knowledge in MS Office applications
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus
