The Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. What do we mean by Workplace Experience? This department covers all front and back of house costumer processes; from welcoming external clients to helping our internal legal and non-legal employees to feel best serviced in the office. This role will be responsible for leading a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience for internal and external clients of the firm, while cultivating a genuine and personal connection with all clients and creating a customised experience so they can work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently. This role will be located in our Munich office. This role will require an in-office presence from Monday - Friday.

• Welcoming and hosting our clients in the office
• Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the workplace experience such as catering, hosting meetings, setting up technology etc.
• Coordinating the successful execution of conference center meetings and events; providing hands-on expert support, including technology; coordinating with requisite departments to deliver beyond client expectations
• Providing performance feedback and seeking opportunities for team and individual development

• Good familiarity with hotel and facility or office management in a law firm or a corporate environment
