• Reservations related tasks such as handling communication for the brand
• Handle complaint emails and follow up with property and ensure complaint is resolved
• Managing property content on all booking channels via our content management tool
• Streamline general website updates coming from E commerce and Marketing
• Overseeing room type descriptions and related translations internal and external
• Audits on online appearance on all public booking channels (eg. Website, OTA´s, GDS)
• Audits on brand reputation throughout guest journey (phone lines, communication pieces, etc.
• Reporting daily business, occurring issues and important information to the HORs

• Experience - you've already worked in a similar role
• Software skills - you are familiar with Microsoft Office
• Plain speaking - you are in contact with guests, customers and teams in English and German
• Responsible and communicative - you enjoy being part of the team
