About the role

As Brand Manager DACH (m/f/d) for our priority brand Sensodyne you will support the brand lead to develop and implement a brand strategy and a marketing plan to ensure our growth over the next years.

Key responsibilities

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Development and implementation of brand strategy and marketing plan for the next three years - in close cooperation with brand lead Sensodyne, including portfolio management and media planning (with special focus on digital) to drive consumer penetration & brand growth
• P&L Management; drive innovation pipeline in collaboration with global marketing team
• Deliver on Sell In, Sell Out, Market Share, Profit, Shopper Penetration and other important KPIs in line with objectives (incl. budget)
• Performance tracking & analysis (market, competition, brand)
• Innovation & launch execution
• Cross-functional teamwork & project management with special focus on global marketing, shopper & customer marketing, sales and finance

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration with the focus on Marketing or equivalent
• First Marketing/Brand Management experience, ideally gained in FMCG (but not limited to FMCG)
• Very good analytical and operational marketing skills
• Digital activation skillset
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and with many stakeholders (internal & external)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with good relationship building
• Passionate about driving brands, products and innovations to create a great experience for our consumers
