SHIPPING+DISPATCH in Berlin bei THE BARN GmbH

From our Roastery in Berlin, we are sending fresh Specialty Coffee Beans to our international café partners and webshop subscribers across the world. Speed and Reliability are key to building trust and recurrent business with our esteemed customers. You will be daily processing our incoming b2c and b2b-orders, organise export-documents and book the transportation. You are the contact between shipping agents and our sales team, monitoring that our coffees will arrive fast at their destinations. As part of the dispatch team you will support in packing our goods and you will be the person making sure that all orders will leave our roastery latest the day after we have received the order from our customers. That is the promise we give them. Language Requirements: German and English must be fluent. You will be in contact by email and phone to German transport companies, the customs office and other governmental entities that issue export documents.

We are looking for a self-organised team player to join our production + dispatch team in Berlin. You find quick solutions and make sure that our orders leave our roastery quickly and completely.

YOUR PROFILE

You are good at office administration, keep track and be organized with procedures and holding deadlines. The ability to work accurate and fast is required. You bring previous experience in logistics floor work. Fast learner, responsive and good communicator. German & English is a must to perform well in this position.

LOCATION

Wattstraße 10-13, Berlin-Humboldthain

CONTRACT

Part-time. 20-30 hours per week. 5 weekdays, starting at 8 am Term: 1 year with option to extend Hourly Pay: minimum 16 EUR / depending on qualification
