Responsibilities
- Application-related advice and support for target customers in Germany as well as the independent preparation of technically complex offers
- Development of technical solutions and standardization for our customers with regard to our core part strategy
- Follow-up of offers and conduct of independent price negotiations
- Determination, collection and maintenance of customer and market information in our CRM system (opportunity management)
- Complaint assessment/processing
- Close cooperation with the German field service
- Central contact for our customers, e.g. for products, technical solutions,
- Participation in trade fairs / presentations of our company and our products as well as the willingness to travel on business within Germany
- Coordination on sales matters with our global sales offices
- Participation in further education measures, sales training courses and conferences
Qualifications
- Completed studies with focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering and / or completed technical training / technician / foreman with relevant experience
- Technical knowledge in the field of sealing and application technology is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation or understanding of the needs and expectations of our customers
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- "Hands-on" mentality, proactive, responsible and structured way of working
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Confident handling of Office applications, S4, CRM
- Business fluent German as well as good English skills
