Are you a VP of Technology who wants to lead a team and build innovative AI-powered applications?

As a VP of Technology, you will be joining an award-winning deep tech company in Frankfurt to lead a team and steer the company’s overall artificial intelligence efforts, creating a more formal path for ML experimentation, development, and product realization.

Your role:

• You will be responsible for the technology road-map, technical leadership, and excellence in your teams.
• As a customer facing role you will interact with customers to ensure the successful delivery of ongoing projects and support the sales team in creating a scalability / up-selling road-map and strategies based on successfully executed projects.
• You will lead cross-functional international teams across multiple disciplines including Software Development, AI Research, Data Science, Project Management, and AWS Infrastructure.
• Manage and lead the engineering team and drive end-to-end strategy to build high-end software.
• Work with the product team to ensure a high level of engagement for successful deliverables.
• Although the majority of your responsibilities will be management related you also need to be able to dive into all technical and non-technical aspects of their products in depth,

What skills you need:

• Proven leadership experience with a technical background in the field of Data Science.
• You possess architectural skills and an understanding of how to build a scalable and secure infrastructure.
• Extensive experience with the integration of third-party systems.
• You must have demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
• You have a track record of extraordinary accomplishments and previous entrepreneurial activities.
• Leadership experience in an agile organization. You define goals and strategies, motivate, assess and manage.
• Top tier communication and you are business fluent in German and English.

Office Location – Frankfurt

Salary – €90-€120k + Bonus & Share options
