The Role
In this role, you serve as the backbone of Celonis delivery. You lead hands-on implementations for enterprise customers by combining platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows. Using advanced AI deployment tools as primary instruments, you direct agents to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions while applying critical judgment to validate accuracy and drive business relevance.
This is an AI-augmented professional delivery role where you specify architectural needs, guide execution, and iterate directly with stakeholders to maximize measurable impact.
The Work You'll Do
Initiate and Connect
- Conduct discovery workshops to translate strategic business objectives into high-impact use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success metrics.
- Ensure data connectivity and pipeline configurations function seamlessly.
Build & Value
- Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to generate data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Build robust solutions across the platform, including data transformations and process insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and root causes in close collaboration with customer teams.
- Validate AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and contextual fit.
- Lead value creation workshops to quantify financial impact and process improvements.
Rollout, Adoption, and Handover
- Enable key stakeholders to maintain and extend solutions independently.
- Manage delivery timelines, scope, and strategic outcomes.
- Train end users to ensure sustained adoption and document technical design choices.
Domain & Industry Depth
- Develop deep domain expertise across supply chain, procure-to-pay, or order-to-cash processes.
- Standardize scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Partner with Product teams to influence the platform roadmap.

The Qualifications You Need
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting, or data solutions within software vendors or system integrators.
- Proven ability to build solutions on the Celonis platform; proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and context engineering.
- Deep understanding of enterprise processes (ERP systems like SAP/Oracle, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to lead executive workshops and manage ambiguity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client requirements.
