About the role
As part of the People Experience Team, you will support us as a Junior People and Community Manager. Do you have outstanding communication skills and are enthusiastic about attracting the best talent for our great company? Then this role is perfect for you! Show off your recruiting skills and apply your expertise in active sourcing! Contact candidates on LinkedIn and contribute your ideas for other channels and recruiting activities. Give free rein to your creativity in employer branding and gain exciting insights into all HR processes in our People Experience team.
- You independently manage the entire recruiting process for open positions across various company departments, laying the foundation for a positive candidate experience. In this role, you closely collaborate with our colleagues in different departments to efficiently recruit within a reasonable timeframe.
- Your responsibilities include crafting targeted job postings with our hiring managers and disseminating them on various impactful platforms. Through active sourcing activities on diverse business platforms, you engage with new candidates on our behalf.
- Furthermore, you are encouraged to actively contribute to additional HR projects, such as employer branding, personnel marketing, onboarding, etc. Your involvement in these initiatives adds value to our overall human resources strategy.
- You thrive in a dynamic recruitment environment and are passionate about creating a positive candidate journey.
- You are enthusiastic about technology and at the forefront of recruiting innovations (e.g., Predictive Analytics for Talent Acquisition.)
- You have 1+ years of recruiting experience and are familiar with various recruiting tools and active sourcing (preferably with a focus on Sales and Customer Success in the Munich area)
- You enjoy communicating with potential candidates and score points with your persuasiveness.
- You aspire to play an active role in shaping and advancing our recruitment initiatives.
- You have a talent for organization, are creative, and have an exquisite feel for people.
- You have a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
- You enjoy attending industry events, networking, and engaging to recruit top talent for our company.
- Proficient German and English skills complement your profile nicely.
