3-5 years’ experience in Business Administration, Operations or Management;

4+ years in process design and implementation utilizing the six values for continuous improvement;

Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course certification or other equivalent training;

Proven experience in operation management;

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality;

Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;

Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business always;

Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;

Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding team members to achieve objectives;

Technical writing skills;

Experience with using such tools as Excel and Visio to produce workflows;

Excellent attention to detail;

Resilient and approachable with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast paced environment;

Ability to operate as a team player, with a flexible and positive attitude;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work under pressure;

Bachelor’s degree (at least 4 yrs.) in Business Administration, Operations or

Management or any equivalent degree/experiences;

Ability to communicate written and verbally in English/German; Japanese is preferred but not required.
