This working student role will be dedicated to our ESG sales team, known to osapiens as Business Partner Transparency. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.

• Provide daily support to our sales team and contribute to the formulation of sales strategies for our software solutions.
• Conceptualise, oversee, implement, and monitor customer support activities within our CRM system for both new and existing clients.
• Conduct follow-ups, compile statistics, and track sales performance through detailed reporting and analysis.
• Perform market analyses to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.

• Currently enrolled in a business degree program with a specialisation in business, sales, marketing or related.
• Prior exposure to or basic understanding of sales, marketing, and/or CRM concepts is preferred.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, particularly in written and verbal communication, and comfortable engaging with customers over the phone.
• Proficient in both German and English languages.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach towards learning and contributing to the sales team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate academic commitments and business needs
