What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS Operational Platform (OIP) Lead you will serve as the Government’s primary POC and lead for the USEUCOM OIP program as a whole and all country and/or regional projects. You will be responsible for all messaging, product development, dissemination, and assessment. Additionally, you will lead all target-audience, target marker, and media landscape research and determine which medium best suites message deployment. You will support US European Command and other strategic and operational mission partners, managing a complex Strategic communications and Influence program ensuring consistent messaging across all stakeholders.
More About this Role:
You will embed at USEUCOM, located at Patch Barrack, Stuttgart, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will serve as CACI’s primary POC to the Government for all matters related to the Operational Influence Platform’s execution and provide overall leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to this USEUCOM Task including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall Task performance. You will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of all assigned tasks, including both technical issues and business processes.
You will provide USEUCOM and its mission partners with expert advice, planning, advisory, operational knowledge, and technical expertise that enables the effective integration of planning, analysis, experimentation, management, and concept testing to develop current and future capabilities that meet USEUCOM’s operational challenges. You will collaborate across USEUCOM, the DoD, commercial industry, and the academic space to insure consistency and correctness of messaging.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- Recent experience (within the last 5 years) working at or above the Combatant Command level.
- 3 years recent and relevant experience with Psychological Operations Planning and operations at the Operational or Strategic level.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with briefing senior government leadership (4-star level or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience support MISO activities for the DoD
- Experience in full-scale target audience, target market, and media landscape research
- Experience in developing integrated marketing, outreach, and communications in support of themes and objectives at the Component Command or higher level
- You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
