Deine Aufgaben
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our financial operations and will play a critical role in our growth and international expansion efforts.
- Financial Strategy Management:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support FHP's growth objectives
- Oversee all accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and complience
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Utilize tools such as Power BI to provide insightful financial reports and analysis
- Maintain and enhance the financial reporting framework, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
- Manage the budgeting process and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary financial liaison with the board of directors, investors and other key stakeholders
- Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to both internal and external parties
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead the data team, driving the development of financial metrics and KPI's specific to SaaS companies
- Fostera collaborative environment across all departments, inspiring confidence and trust among employees
- Act as a mentor to less experienced team members, promoting professional growth and development
- Strategic Partnering:
- Work closely with the CEO and the Board as a strategic partner, providing critical insights and challenging ideas constructively
- Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and provide input on business decisions and growth plans
- International Expansion:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support international market expansion, particularly in Europe
- Ensure financial compliance and effective risk management in new markets
Dein Profil
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably within the software or technology sector
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and financial metrics
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting with proficiency in tools like Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of enganging with diverse stakeholders
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a positive organizational culture
- Strategic mindset with a long-term orientation commitment to seeing projects through to completion
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich
