We are a founding team with a background in high-growth tech companies (e.g. Palantir, Celonis, Amazon) and Professor Dr. Miller from Charité Berlin with offices in Munich, Berlin and Paris. Position Overview

We are looking for a Director Product at Kranus Health to fuel our global ambition as we keep growing our product portfolio. This global role encompasses the end to end responsibility of our patient and doctor virtual care journeys in Europe and the US.

Your mission

Your mission at Kranus is to create 10x patient and doctor experiences in and around our virtual care platform – from the doctor’s office to telehealth partners to resubscriptions in our products. This means that you have to use first principles, understand regulatory requirements, challenge them where you can and find ways to blur lines internally to deliver the best possible UX. You are holding the lantern and showing us the way with your product vision and leadership.

We are gathering a unique data set in the Urology vertical, which will be as unique as what Tesla is doing for autonomous driving. Then we can move terms like precision medicine and tailored therapies with AI from buzzwords to reality in the long-run.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our growing Digital Therapeutics product portfolio and virtual care platform domestically and internationally.
• Blur the lines and work cross-functionally between P&E and Commercial teams in order to deliver world-class end-to-end user journeys.
• Ensure that Sales and Product operations, automations & processes blend seamlessly to deliver these journeys.
• Always think ahead and help your teams with their quarterly roadmaps, OKR planning etc.
• Deliver products and user journeys with high polish, attention to detail and great design with your team.
• Understand the digital health space in and out - competitors, regulatory frameworks, reimbursability, patient journey, healthcare gaps in the market etc.

YOUR TOOLKIT

• You bring substantial experience as a Product leader, with a proven track record in high-growth scale-ups or corporate environments
• You have hands-on experience at the intersection between Digital Products, Operations and Sales
• You are comfortable and happy to talk to commercial executives to deliver customer value
• You understand the complexities of shipping software in a larger organization
• Your experience with internationalization is required
• You have a very high degree of customer orientation (patients and doctors first)
• You are experienced with leading & mentoring a team of Product Managers and ideally Designers and UX researchers.
• You understand when to use agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, …) but also when to fall back to other project methodologies depending on what the project requires
• While not mandatory, your experience in the healthcare industry would be a nice to have.
• Occasional travel will be required (e.g. Berlin, Paris)
