What You’ll Do

Gyptech is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic, trans-border, and international logistics. Your role will involve:

• Responsible for shipping and receiving parts and components at our warehouse.
• Responsible for receiving, shipping, and tracking physical parts inventory at our warehouse.
• Coordinating the movement of trans-border and international shipments.
• Preparation of bills of lading and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinating the movement of goods with local fabrication shops.
• Coordinating international air and ocean cargo, as required.
• Measuring and reporting performance (e.g., on-time delivery, shipment accuracy).
• Assisting in determining Harmonization codes and Country of Origin.
• Working with the Shipping/Receiving team to establish cargo ship dates.
• Communicating with our team and end users regarding their shipments.

This position is based out of our office in Neuburg an der Donau, Germany.

What You Offer

• 3-5 years of related logistics experience primarily with trans-border trucking (LTL & FTL), USA customs requirements, and international air and ocean (LCL & FCL) freight experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills and dedication to a high level of service and performance.
• Demonstrated self-starter, capable of working in a team environment is a must.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills with external and internal customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
• Brokerage experience (an asset) and CIFFA Certification (an asset).
