Your Responsibilities:

Support the growth of the business based on existing systems: key operational systems, business analysis, data & analytics, integration with transaction partners, systems operations, infrastructure and user support

Ensure the delivery of projects and demands related to the current IT landscape to ease migrations Rationalization and modernization of the existing IT solutions Support the development of the new core platform and associated operational systems Own and account for P&L, Investment and budget/forecasting of IT expenditures

Your Profile:

You have at least 10 years of experience in IT Management, Head of IT, Head of IT Operations in an international organization

You are experienced in running and transforming large IT operations (applications, data, infrastructure) as well as in rationalization strategy, migration strategy and deployment of new solutions (co-existence, etc.) You have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with business and IT strategy You are experienced in Change Management and multi-country deployments You are fluent in English and German
