Your Mission

As a key member of our finance department, you will lead the General Ledger accounting team and oversee essential financial processes. Your core responsibilities include:

• Coordination and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Managing account assignments and postings across general ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounting.
• Handling payment processing, including manual transfers and automated payment runs.
• Overseeing credit management, dunning processes, and master data maintenance.
• Assessing tax-related cases and clearing account differences.
• Acting as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, external auditors, and experts in HGB and IFRS.
• Participating in strategic projects in collaboration with various departments.

Your Talent

We are looking for a structured and reliable professional with a high affinity for numbers. Your profile should include:

• Completion of certified accountant training (Bilanzbuchhalter) or a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Initial leadership experience is considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP R/3 or SAP S4/Hana.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• A flexible, service-oriented mindset and the ability to think cross-departmentally.
