Do you stay updated on the latest trends in indexing and passive investing, such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and structured products? If you enjoy working with data, numbers, and rules-based investment strategies, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, you'll be a great fit for our team! Join us and play an active role in transforming the indexing landscape.

Your Tasks

• Participate in the daily activities of the ESG Solutions team.
• Actively contribute throughout the index development process.
• Prepare and calculate back-tests for innovative index strategies.
• Identify and analyze emerging market trends across various regions for new products.
• Create performance statistics and marketing materials.
• Manage external ESG data for use in index development.
• Assist with client requests.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Sustainable Finance, or related fields.
• Interest in sustainability topics and some experience with capital markets.
• Proficient in MS-Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python).
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Independent and structured approach to work.
• High level of enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork.
• Excellent English skills.
• Ideally available for six months.
