You will contribute to the further development of proprietary McKinsey concepts as well as ensure that knowledge and conceptual basis in the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice are kept up to date with the latest advances in the field.
As part of this two year fellowship program, you will become an experienced and highly-trained consultant within the core areas of marketing and sales. As a member of our European Growth, Marketing & Sales practice, you will have unique opportunities to draw on your knowledge to shape the future of our clients and to create something of your own. You will work with colleagues and clients from a variety of industries and countries to solve strategic and operational problems under the instruction of senior managers.
During the fellowship program, you will acquire the knowledge you need to help companies achieve excellence in marketing and sales and you will apply your expertise in a variety of projects. Under the mentorship of leader and experts in this practice, you will dedicate time to building up functional expertise together with other colleagues. It is possible to follow up the program with a third year, during which you can work on a further academic degree.
