Your Contribution

• As Head of Culture and Diversity* you are responsible for the Culture and Diversity Program at SCHOTT globally.
• You further develop a long-term group-wide DEI strategy (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and execute roadmaps accordingly.
• You are responsible for the KPI reporting and preparation of analysis and presentations for the top-management.
• You design events, networking formats and steer cross functional working groups.
• You take care of the group-wide employee survey.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in economics, business education or psychology.
• At least 7 years professional experience in the definition and implementation of strategic and operational HR projects in the field of Culture and Diversity, personnel/organizational development.
• You have the ability to look at HR topics from a business and employee perspective.
• Persuasiveness, a great sense for people and situations as well as a good understanding of business processes.
• You have a independent and result-oriented working style.
