About the Position

We've grown HOLY from zero to €70M+ revenue in just three years, and we're setting our sights even higher with plans to double our business in 2025. The French team has been instrumental in our success story and will continue to be a driving force in our journey ahead.

As our Influencer Marketing Team Lead for France, you'll spearhead a talented team, amplifying HOLY's reach across the French, Belgian, and Luxembourg markets. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your leadership prowess, implement a strategic vision, and forge impactful partnerships that will accelerate our influencer marketing endeavors.

Your core responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a growing team of 5 professionals, nurturing their development to align with both individual aspirations and company objectives.
• Budget Ownership: Take charge of a monthly seven-figure budget dedicated to FR partnership initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI and deliver comprehensive performance reports.
• Strategic Planning: Design and execute cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies across diverse platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and emerging channels to boost customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain robust, performance-oriented relationships with key influencers, creator communities, and agencies that resonate with HOLY's brand ethos.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with brand, performance, content, and CRM teams to integrate influencer marketing initiatives into the broader company strategy.

About You

• Leadership Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading teams of 4+ individuals, with a genuine passion for fostering growth and achieving collective success.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships, particularly within a D2C context, coupled with extensive knowledge of content platforms prevalent in the French market.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing and implementing impactful influencer campaigns, leveraging data analytics to optimize budgets and drive performance improvements.
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to establish and nurture strong, value-based partnerships with influencers and agencies.
• Language Skills: Impeccable communication skills in both French and English, facilitating seamless collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent Communicator: Adept at inspiring and guiding teams, presenting data-backed insights, and ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
