We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and caring Community Manager (d/f/m) with a hospitality mindset to join our team. Create a welcoming learning environment for students, provide individual support, and help shape our vibrant community. Apply now and make a difference!
You are the first contact person for our community and will support students throughout their learning journey
Develop, improve and execute the community strategy within the team of Community Managers
Proactive collection of feedback and subsequent creation of measures for product optimization as well as customer retention
Organization and moderation of regular internal and external (online) events
Coding Campus Management, incl. on-site support (Berlin)
Animate and activate our alum community
Improvement of a professional mentorship program that supports our students' learning journey with a minimum of 10 mentors
YOUR SKILLS
Must-Haves:
You are a smiling, caring and service-oriented person
You are empathetic, attentive and an authentic communicator
You enjoy contact with people and have a flair for a diverse community
You have a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
You communicate very confidently (verbally and in writing) in German (C1) & English and are not afraid to speak in public
You are based in Berlin and willing to work from our campus in Köpenick whenever required
Other requirements:
(Initial) experience in Community Management, Customer Care or Hospitality
You have a quick perception
The worries or stress of others do not burden you, but you know how to cheer them up and motivate them
