As the right hand to our senior leaders, you'll expertly manage schedules, travel arrangements, and operational tasks, allowing them to concentrate on strategic investments. What You’ll Do

• Keep us on track – Expertly manage calendars, schedules, and daily logistics for senior leadership.
• Make travel seamless – Coordinate executive travel for meetings, conferences, and events with precision.
• Bring people together – Organize engaging events and team retreats to foster collaboration.
• Handle key relationships – Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors effectively.
• Support hiring efforts – Streamline recruiting processes and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Assist with reporting – Provide essential support on internal reports.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take full ownership of your work.
• You’re tech-savvy and proficient with Google Suite (experience with Notion, Slack, or similar tools is a plus).
• You thrive in fast-paced environments across multiple time zones and excel at improving workflows.
• You possess exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English (fluent or native German is highly valued!).
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in an investment fund, start-up, or similar environment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
