Administrative & Site Assistant (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin

Your Tasks & Key Responsibilities:

• Assistant for Technology Leader & Site Manager
• Strong collaboration and alignment with other sites of the company
• Communication hot spot for team with management and HR related tasks including preparation of All-Hands-meeting
• Communication interface for site related topics: HFS, facility management
• Interface to Safety Repository
• Assistance for logistics related tasks
• Organization of Events, Trainings, Symposiums

Qualifications

Your Expertise:

• Advanced Microsoft Office user
• Experienced SAP user (i.e. Document management, WorkDay)
• Senior Assistant with 5+ years of experience
• Fluent in English, German at least conversational
• Facilitor with great diplomatic skills
