We are looking to recruit a
Group Lead Key Accounts (m/f/d) to take a pioneering role in steering and developing our customer and partner facing activity to meet agile innovation principles in the new strategic focus area of
Nutritional Food Ingredients in KWS. The position will be filled on a
full-time and permanent basis at our
headquarters in Germany / Einbeck (KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA).
Your new challenge: - You will be working with our state-of-the-art research and product development teams creating close connections between product technical characteristics and client needs.
- You will take the business lead in establishing co-development projects and agreements with food companies, academic institutes and business ecosystem partners.
- You will maintain market horizon scanning and strategic review to inform the steering of KWS food ingredients activity.
- You will be a great communicator able to form and work in diverse teams with positive energy and managing complex stakeholder relationships to meet clear goals.
- This is an excellent opportunity to be an influential member of a new initiative in the dynamic and fast-moving plant-based food ingredients trend.
Your profile: - PhD preferred in agriculture, food science or adjacent sciences.
- You bring knowledge of business development and evaluation (MBA desirable).
- You bring knowledge of market requirements and routes to market for functional plant based food ingredients
- You have relevant experience in contract negotiation for technology based valorization.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are a creative thinker with a track record of innovation.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder collaborations.
- Fluent German and English language skills
