Become part of our young and multicultural team and support us in building and expanding our new European office in Weiterstadt (near Darmstadt). We are looking for you for the duration of 6 months as

Intern (m/w/d) Human Resources – starting immediately

These are your tasks:

• As part of our global HR team, you will support various HR sub-areas such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Development, Health & Safety and Administration
• You will be involved in day-to-day business as well as in projects within the HR team
• In addition, you will take over the representation for Office Management
• You act as a contact person for our employees and managers and ensure good support with your service-oriented manner

These are your skills:

• You have successfully completed the first semesters of your university studies with a focus on human resources, organizational development or comparable majors
• You would like to gain relevant professional experience alongside your studies and actively work and help shape the HR department
• Ideally, you have already gained your first practical insights into HR work through an internship or commercial training
• You can score points with fluent German and English (both spoken and written)
• You impress with your open-minded nature and strong communication skills as well as your ability to set priorities well independently
• You enjoy working with MS Office and are also adept at quickly familiarizing yourself with new tools and systems
• You enjoy learning new things and impress with your service-oriented demeanor
