Your future plans
As a Project Engineer Water Treatment you will accompany our national and international (large-scale) projects with a focus on a wide range of technologies such as hydrogen, battery storage or combined cycle power plants and make an enormous contribution to the energy transition. Become a part of #TeamRWE and let's tackle the challenges of the future together by fulfilling the following tasks, among others:
- Successfully drive projects forward with expertise in the field of process and machine technology (water, waste water treatment)
- Error analysis and troubleshooting in a broad specialist area within a renowned company that is shaping the energy transition in a sustainable way
- Preparation / review of water supply and disposal concepts
- Preparation of feasibility studies - also for research and development projects
- Elaboration of specifications of plants and systems as well as carrying out due diligence
- Inspection of power plants and assessment of deficiencies incl. development of solutions
- Concept development, design planning and procurement of plants and systems in the field of water treatment
Your powerful skills
- Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy technology, chemical technology or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in operation, maintenance and or challenging projects with plant manufacturers or in the power plant environment
- Experience in tendering and handling of water treatment systems
- Strong communication skills as well as persuasiveness and drive
- Willingness to travel at home and abroad
- Business fluent in German and English
Advantageous, but not a must
- Interest in topics such as hydrogen and Power2x
- Interest in topics such as water law and licensing procedures
- Knowledge of the automation of water treatment plants and their integration into higher-level process control systems
- Experience in the manufacture and/or operation of water treatment plants
- Other language skills
