Please note that this is a 2 years fixed term contract.

Primary Purpose of the role :

Technical Coordination of inhouse screenings and supervising of trailer dubbings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Material coordination for trailer US and local productions,

• Material coordination for trailer distribution and censorship,

• Operation of our WBD screening room for all kind of inhouse screenings,

• Self-responsible project handling of trailer dubbing,

• iCampaign user,

• Substitution during absence of Technical / Dubbing Coordinator during vacations, business trips and illness.

Requirements :

• Excellent English and German language skills, spoken & written,

• Team player and service-oriented,

• Must have good social competence and communication skills,

• Detail oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills,

• Media, Entertainment and/or Digital industry experience is a plus,

• Good MS Office and Excel knowledge,

• Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks,

• Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines,

• Self responsibility,

• Experience in digital cinema environment is a plus.
