Tasks

We are looking for a highly talented full-time (40 hours/week) Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to support and manage our executive team in Berlin. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Be responsible for managing the Berlin office and ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the executive team and our organization.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with multiple stakeholders and senior management
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced digital environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Full professional English proficiency (writing and speaking). Proficiency in French is a plus -
