The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric sales professional to join our Central Retention Inside Sales team. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing Enterprise customers in the Central region. The ideal candidate will be based in Germany (Remote, Munich, or Hamburg) and will collaborate closely with Senior Account Executives, reporting to a Sales Manager within the Digital Media business. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth, with occasional in-person interactions as needed.

What You'll Do

• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets
• Accelerate growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects within current customer organizations
• Strategize and prioritize sales activities, including proactive outreach to renewing accounts, targeted campaigns, qualifying marketing leads, and social selling
• Conduct customer meetings (virtual or in-person) to strengthen relationships and discover new opportunities
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the sales process
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating internal resources as necessary
• Partner with Account Executives to support and finalize opportunities (Adobe ETLA and VIP agreements)
• Utilize Sales Specialists and Solution Consultants to develop strategic account growth plans
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Represent Adobe in all customer-facing engagements, serving as a trusted advisor
• Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and develop tailored value propositions

What You need to succeed

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Solid understanding of value-based sales and account development
• Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and foster long-term relationships
• Highly motivated, professional, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Experience in spotting growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
• High level of ethics, integrity, and team spirit
• Eagerness to challenge the status quo and contribute to innovation
• Fluent in English
