• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or International Management, preferably with a focus on logistics
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in Retail & Ecommerce environment
• Experience in regulation of external logistics service providers
• High affinity to logistical systems and understanding of processes
• Ability and willingness to push and track small projects and daily tasks independent
• Profound analytical skills
• Willingness to understand the big picture, but also reliable to work in details
• Business fluent in English and German (verbal/written)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Independent manner of work and being a team player
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in working with SAP

• Management and organization of logistics service providers in the European E-commerce area with a focus on KEP-Management / carrier handling for the distribution within EU as well as non-EU countries.
• Monitoring of KPIs and SLAs in the context of existing contracts with logistics service providers and carriers, commitment of regulating measures
• Support in Customs Processes for non-EU countries
• Analysis and optimization of logistics processes
• Cooperation with PUMA subsidiaries / E-Com Business and external logistics service providers in international environment as well as communication
• Preparation and analysis of the reporting
• Support in Definition and implementation of standardized logistical processes
• Invoice verification as well as supporting in budget preparation
• Analysis, monitoring and management of interface movements between ERP and WMS systems
• Administrative and operational work as well as handling of projects
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
